Search Help
- The search is not case-sensative.
traffic, TRAFFIC, Traffic all return the same results.
- Multiple words are searched as a phrase.
- Use and between search words to find terms that have all the search words but not necessarily next to each other.
e.g. rail and transportation
- Use or between search words to find terms that have one or all of the search words.
e.g. rail or transportation
- Use not between search words to find terms that do not contain the search word after not.
e.g. transportation not air
- You can prioritize combinations of words with parentheses.
e.g. (traffic and control) or air and traffic and (control or air) each return different results.
- To search for and, or, not in the terms, put and, or, not somewhere between double quotes.
e.g. "fruits and vegetables" or fruits "and" vegetables
- The search supports wild card *, which replaces * with any letter or any number of letters.
e.g. For trans*ion, terms with transportation, transmission, and transition are some that would be returned.
- The search supports wild card #, which replaces # with any letter.
e.g. For a#sorption, terms with absorption and adsorption are some that would be returned.
