Flexible hours (Ccbkhf)

Work schedules in which employees are required to work a certain number of hours but can schedule those hours as they wish. For example, some employees may choose to work from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It differs from staggered work hours in that it is the employee, not the employer, who sets the work schedule.
